Once subscribed users are automatically notified via email of all file/folder updates and additions. DocMoto is a multi-user system; many people can work together on a single file without ever having to worry about overwriting each others work. Incorporating a simple but extremely powerful security system, users can be restricted in the files they can access. DocMoto also includes a file recovery mechanism making deleted files easy to recover. Purposefully designed for ease of use, the DocMoto feature set has been deliberately kept straightforward.
